They also discussed that teachers should be inventive, meeting students where they at by getting to know them, becoming a role model for their interest, asking students what interest them can help teachers in their approach to teach the students, a teacher must make his content his own so the students could remember it forever. He should be free with praise and constructive in criticism, and promote skills that go beyond just the competition, collaboration, communication, creativity, critical thinking and character.
Brisa and Scott were highly concerned with how much the teacher can affect the education of students and how easy it is to reach their minds simply by believing in them, believing that with effort, their ability and performance can improve.
It was a very important experience to attend this event, very educational and the points that were discussed are very essential.

You should have a very wide background about the subject, you should always motivate students and nourish their brains with very excited information, that they can see in their daily life. You should show them the importance of the subject in their lives, so they become interested in it.
