We did a little presentation in class in groups, and each group discussed a topic, ours was multiple intelligence, we did a little research in regard and we presented the topic, so technically there's 8 types of intelligence and they're listed as following:
First there's Verbal-linguistic intelligence, those enjoy storytelling and reading books.
Then Logical-mathematical intelligence, those enjoys working with numbers and doing experiments.
Visual-spatial intelligence, they enjoy drawing and painting.
While Musical intelligence, they enjoy listening to music.
Naturalistic intelligence, they enjoy discovering nature, insects, dinosaurs, stuff.
Bodily-kinesthetic, enjoy crafting, dancing and sports.
Intrapersonal intelligence, those enjoy by themselves and thinking.
And finally Interpersonal intelligence those enjoy giving good advice to friends and others.
Each one of those intelligence have its own characteristics, and people accordingly thrive in each domain.

The Christmas vacation
Considering it's the holidays the situation normally calls out for a little break but apparently that wasn't under the agenda of our instructors, no offense, it would seem all of them figured that it's best for us students to spend this quality time working continuously on projects, between blogging, teaching models & lesson plans, cooperative learning lessons, VCT template, and not to forget writing a to 2 pages report on an educational movie, i'd say we hit the jackpot with this vacation seriously, I'm not one to complain normally, the circumstances however calls for it, I mean it's obvious we're no longer kids but everybody likes a good vacation no matter how old or young he is. Anyway it's almost over anyway we'll see what comes next hopefully the outacome eventually will be worthwhile.
Game-Team Tournament
In an attempt of putting up a cooperative learning lesson we were asked to choose a certain structure and adopt a lesson accordingly. It was a math lesson and so we applied the game-team tournament method. The whole plan needs a certain preparation in advance the teacher must prepare for he students question cards that they need to work with, say if a team is divided to three people on will be the quizzer, the second a responder and the third a recorder, the turn will rotate so that students could play all three roles. the session in theory is a 55 min long and so the time was scheduled as following:
- the teacher would explain the rules in the first five minutes.
- Students must be familiar with the whole teamwork process and have tried simpler activities before.
- The teacher will give students about 5 min to regroup and revise the data.
- The students will be assigned to the tournament teams and the process will begin.
- The teacher will begin the timer for the first round and the activity will begin.
- The second round will begin when the teacher give the signal and they'll have another 10 min.
- The same process repeat itself in the third round and students will once again have 10 min.
- After the activity is over the teacher will announce the results and reveal the winner.

The VCT Template
We reached the final stage of our semester, our final project is a bit completed but rather interesting, we're kind of working in pairs on preparing a lesson, only on a complete different level of what we're familiar with, i mean we should but education is still relying on books sort of speak in our country so giving the circumstances online educational sites are still somewhat something out of the ordinary for us, it sound silly of me to say that at this point sounds as if I've surfed the internet before but well that's just how it is.
Anyway the project is based on setting up a whole lesson plan for students to follow through, basically we display the lessons objectives, a simple overview is presented and students are requested to work on the procedure the teacher presents, the teacher could add up a google form sheet, a quizzlet test, maybe reflect on padlet, all and all they can refer back to the lesson if she upload a pdf file for them to reach out to, an assessment page is presented for students feedback,...
I personally found it a really challenging project you gotta be sure not to leave anything out, let's hope things will just turn out ok at the end of the semester.

Debate discussion
A friend of mine had me pay attention to an event we did the day before vacation, we had a debate in class, in both sections we discussed different topics, they talked about whether education should rely on books more these days or tablets, while we in our section talked about corporal punishment, and while the odds of us supportive of that theory were pretty slim considering how much big the number was of those against it, we managed somehow to put up a fight and we stood up for our arguments and negated our enemy's, their argument was based on how corporal punishment is a form of violence and rudeness, students exposed to this sort of treatment are being physically assaulted and and have been suffering psychological problems, and all this adversary talk i believe they like to tell, we on the other hand the affirmative team had other things to say in return we chose to make it clear that corporal punishment first and foremost is not a act of assault, teachers are not exactly beating their students up, it's simply a form hitting the palm or something in which case students know that they're actions have consequences they're not exactly not monitored, on the other hand we tried to prove that the corporal punishment must be properly regulated, we don't simply want to go around sending the wrong message the other team decided to quote from the Quran and our prophet Mohamad trying to make an argument and while what they said was indeed worth taking under consideration it was not relevant and therefor we shut their argument down by using their own quoting against them, there was a lot to discuss at the time and while we did lose to argument i'd like to believe that we had a good point to prove, the whole thing was not being played out objectively however.

What a teacher must stand for
Learning teaching teaching diploma could help a person come to realize a lot of things, in discussing what type of a teacher the person wants to be, a lot of examples are set for him to look at, and considering it's not an obvious choice where the teacher is always a good represented model, while some might be caring and considerate, others are extremely different and ultimately fail to present a fine guide for students to learn from, i think that a teacher should mainly respect his students and their differences in capabilities, a students shouldn't be insulted for misunderstanding a lesson, the same thing could be applied if perhaps a student were to mock his companion it is imperative that a teacher shouldn't tolerate such action not along adopt it himself, a teacher could be considered a role model for students at young age specially one can represent something and behave differently himself it just doesn't add up.
Teaching is more about moralities than information knowledge comes second or that's what i like to believe.

Philosophy and how it relates on teaching
In philosophy idealists discuss the matter of whether truth is relative or absolute and it's important in my opinion to point out that truth might be relative judging by the eye of the person seeking it but mainly just because someone could not foresee the whole reality that doesn't mean that it's not absolute, like talking about the idea of cheating in exams or work or even homework for example, considering it's safe to say that it's bad, but those who might consider it convenient for their situation would go far to defend their position by saying it's good and obviously, from their own point it's not a bad argument, it is however morally speaking wrong, that debate could go as far as any thing, this discussion may even alter the believes of others if it's presented argumentatively but it's good to set grounds on what sort of morals a person want to have while carrying say a responsibility of mentoring or even working at a grocery store.
